Premade Pouch Packaging Machine JR8-240
The JR8-240 medium-high-speed premade pouch packaging machine from Honorpack uses servo drive technology to achieve a packaging speed of up to 3000 bags per hour (depending on the product characteristics and filling weight). It supports bag widths from 80 mm to 240 mm. Its compact rotary station design requires minimal floor space.The station function can adjust according to different application cases.
Extra Function like Nitrogen flush, Bag inside air vacuum, Bag mouth cleaning, bag weight checking… will be add according to real application needs.
The machine integrates equipment for weighing, filling, conveying, inspecting, boxing, and palletizing, meeting your automated packaging and backend packaging needs for various materials including granules, liquids, powders, and pastes.
Big Pouch Packaging Machine JR6-350
The JR6-350 pre-made bag packaging machine from Honorpack is designed specifically for large bags and uses servo drive technology to achieve a packaging speed of up to 2400 bags per hour (depending on the product characteristics and filling weight). It supports bag widths up to 350 mm and features 6 working positions for automatic bag taking, coding, opening, material filling, bag sealing, and output.
The entire machine weighs 1.8 tons, and its grippers are capable of handling heavy bag loading, making it suitable for packaging applications such as seafood, IQF products, rice, pet food, or hardware etc.
Premde Pouch Vacuum Packing Machine
The JRV rotary fully automatic vacuum packaging machine consists of two separate rotary systems, namely the filling system and the vacuum system. The filling system adopts batch rotation, and the vacuum system adopts continuous rotation. With a double vacuum pump, the vacuum effect can reach 95%-100%. It is widely used in vacuum bags and retort packaging of poultry, meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, etc. Its vacuum packaging speed is as high as 2,700 bags per hour.

Mini Premade Pouch Pick Open Fill Seal Machine
The most compact mini premade pouch packaging model of Honrpack requires only 10 square feet of floor space. It is mostly used for SME plants, with a small footprint, limited investment, and flexible application. It can be used for large/soft/PE premade pouches such as three-side sealed bags, zipper bags, folded bags, and kraft paper windowed bags.
