How to choose machine?

How can I operate the machine?

The machine can be installed and tested well before shipment, you just need to connect each machine to be a line then can work.
All our machine is with English operation interface and manual, every easy to operate.
You can also ask some machine operation videos to show you how it’s all done.

When can I get an engineer from you?

Contact our sales staff when you have completed the preparation conditions (water, electricity, air supply, production materials). We will send an engineer to install your machine and train your staff to use it. Usually, when you are ready, you can contact our sales staff and cooperate with us to get a visa for the engineer, who will arrive within 15 days.

How will my machine be installed once it arrives? How much does it cost?

We’ll dispatch an engineer to your facility to assess the situation, install the machine and train your staff on how to operate it. The customer pays for round trip airfare, accommodation and USD150/day/person.

How long does the installation take?

Depending on your machine order, we will send one or two engineers to your factory, which takes about 10 to 25 days.

How much does the machine cost?

Our packing machine is customized by your detail request, so arriving at ‘standard pricing’ isn’t usually practical.
It is depends on your unique needs, for example packing product, weight, bag type and size, as well as the speeds you would like to achieve.

How long does it usually take for me to receive the equipment?

It is about 35-45 Days to Ex-Factory after First Deposit Received by Our Bank Account. If you are urgently need packaging machine, please let us know, we will show our best support to help you.

How do we know whether you are a real manufacturer or not?

We will attach the business permits and other certificates to the quotation sheet. If could, welcome to visit our factory. We can also provide customer witness.

Do you have any reference?
