The full automatic tea filling and sealing machine is suitable for the dual bag packing of small grain-like materials, such as tea leaves, medicinal tea, and healthy teas. The outside composite multi-layers film, inside filter paper bag with cotton thread and tag.
- The outer paper bag sealing is controlled by a step motor, the bag length is stable and the position is accurate.
- Using PID temperature adjust controller, temperature control is more accurate.
- PLC is used to control the movement of the whole machine, and the interactive interface displayed, easy to operate.
- All material contact parts are made of SUS304 stainless steel to ensure product hygiene and reliability.
- Part of the working cylinder adopts original imported parts to ensure the accuracy and stability of the machine.
- Additional devices can complete functions such as flat cutting, date printing, and easy tearing.
