Project details:
– The customer was packaging beverage powders and to make it easier to use, we equipped the screw metering machine with an air plug so that it could be easily connected to the mainframe.
– The customer wanted to be able to check the machine’s operating status directly via the internet, so we built a website for him.
– When packing large weights, to solve the problem of the material being thrown out when the bag is dropped to the next station, we have equipped it with a guide rail so that the bag is not thrown out due to inertia.
