The JR8-240 medium-high-speed premade pouch packaging machine from Honorpack uses servo drive technology to achieve a packaging speed of up to 3000 bags per hour (depending on the product characteristics and filling weight). It supports bag widths from 80 mm to 240 mm. Its compact rotary station design requires minimal floor space.The station function can adjust according to different application cases.

The JRV rotary fully automatic vacuum packaging machine consists of two separate rotary systems, namely the filling system and the vacuum system. The filling system adopts batch rotation, and the vacuum system adopts continuous rotation. With a double vacuum pump, the vacuum effect can reach 95%-100%. It is widely used in vacuum bags and retort packaging of poultry, meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, etc. Its vacuum packaging speed is as high as 2,700 bags per hour.

JR series is a solution for monolayer PE pouches, which is often a nightmare to other traditions.
Monolayer PE pouch normally is soft and light with a very thin thickness. Compared to other multi-layer pouches, monolayer PE pouch is not easy to tidied. And its great softness makes it hard to be moved in right position through each work station.
For example it wrinkles, during open bag action. This would influence the following process to be in good accuracy.

Our heat bar is made of Teflon material. Due to its extremely low friction factor, Teflon is suitable for monolayer PE pouch.Also performs well to seal in good shape.

This horizontal sending idea solves the bag sending problem made by uneven or irregular bags, which also leads to the failure of filling and sealing in the process.
Using the balance structure theory and photocell eye, our horizontal bag dispensing device adjusts according to the bag quantity and thickness. The 1.5-meter conveyor belt design allows for the storage of more bags. This design is also suitable for long bags (over 450 mm).
The machine is equipped with a dust removal device, which is used to clean the bag openings when handling powdery materials. This keeps the bags tidy and ensures a proper seal.

Pre-made Pouch Packing Machine Process sequence description:
1) Pouch loading and Pouch transferring
Approximately 200 to 300 pieces of empty pouches are supplied to the machine automatically when the operator puts the pouch on the pouch stacker (Pouch Belt Feeder).
Pneumatically operated clamps lift the empty pouch from the feeder and move it to the clamping device on the rotary table.
2) Zip opening and pouch coding
Zip opener opens the zip.
The printer prints the information (Date, Number, etc.) to the specific position of pouches.
3) Pouch opening & detecting open status
With vacuum pad, air nozzle, open blade & sensor, this station opens pouches from both top & bottom. When incorrect open or no pouch is loaded, there will no fill in next filling stations.
4) Products filling
When correct open state is detected, products will fill from dosing system (like cup feeder, combination scales, auger filler….).
5) Spare station
This station can be used for 2nd filling and other purpose usage.
6) Pouch pre-sealing
Constant heat seal bar (0℃ ~ 200℃) seals the pouch mouth. No pouch, no filling, here will no sealing.
7) Pouch sealing
Sealing the pouch with a precious temperature ensure tightly sealed. No pouch, no filling, here will no sealing.
8) Cold sealing, embossing coding and discharge station
Cold sealing bar will press the sealing pattern on the sealing range. Optionally to emboss product information by the stamping mold loaded in sealing bar.
Gripper will release, pouch will discharge to the out feed conveyor.

Pouch opening process description:
When a pair of grippers take the pouch to the pouch opening station, the width of the gripper narrows for easy opening. The vacuum cups of the upper
opening device and the lower opening device approach toward the pouch. When the vacuum generator operates, the vacuum cups contact the pouch and suck the pouch. When twopairs of vacuum cups are opening up the pouch, the compressed air is sprayed from the air nozzle at the top of the pouch and it is necessary to open the pouch easily.
Then the pouch open blade moves into the opened pouch, and moves from opening station to filling station. Sensor detects if pouch is opened correctly. Detect point is controlled by encoder and can be set in touch screen. If not opened, filling station will not fill the product and sealing station will not seal the pouch.
1)Products filling process description: the pouch open blade moves to the charging section of the product with the bag opened. The funnel will inserted between the two opening blades and the funnel is lowered into the opened bag. Open blade will move up and return to pouch opening station. The dropped product is discharge into the bag through funnel. When the product is fully charged, the funnel moves up and out of the bag. The charged bag moves to the next station.
2) Principle of products filling: funnel controlled by mechanical cam to move up & down; filling time is setting in the touch screen.
1)Pouch sealing process description: while filling is finished, gripper will hold the pouch and move to the sealing station. Before moving into sealing station, there is an option for cleaning the pouch opened mouth by whisk motor. Before deflating and sealing, the grippers will spread to wider width to make the sealing part of the pouch become flat. The deflator is pressed against a pair of wings and presses the top of the bag. This also helps the joint surface more flat. Two sealing bar will move together to seal the pouch with the temperature we setting.
After sealed the sealing bars and deflator wings will return back to wait for next operation.
2)Principle of pouch sealing station: Sealing bar:
Action drive by air cylinder start and finish by encoder (degree setting in Touch Screen). Deflator: Action drive by air cylinder start and finish by encoder (degree setting in Touch Screen). Whisk device: Action drive by motor start and finish by encoder (degree setting in Touch Screen)
Process description of discharge conveyor: After product finish sealing in last sealing station, opening pusher will move forward to open the gripper jaw. Last sealing station open must be before the pusher action and gripper release the pouch to conveyor. Pouch will fall into conveyor belts by the sliding channel which installed in the open pusher. Conveyor belts keep rotating to output products continuously.

Premade pouch packaging machines are driven by both electric and compressed air. The main shaft is driven by a Three-phase asynchronous. The motion of the gripper width adjustment and zip opening is controlled by control motors. The conveyor belt is driven by a speed adjustable motor. The motions like clamping the pouch, lifting movement of zip opener, printing code, lower part opening, vibrating, deflating, sealing, blowing as well as vacuum supply are powered by compressed air. Other motions are the controlled motion through the main shaft’s cams.

The height of the bag storage bin is around 12 cm, and the actual capacity depends on the thickness of the bags. Typically, it can hold about 150 bags.
Standard coding machines can only print basic information such as the production date. If more complex coding is needed, we can install an inkjet printer or thermal transfer printer.
Generally, bags with similar sizes can be packaged on the same machine as long as they do not exceed the machine’s specified bag dimensions. However, significantly different bags, such as spout pouches, cannot be packaged using the same equipment.
