Wide Applications
It is widely applicable to various bag formats and different types of products.
Equipped with different dosing system, machine could pack liquid, granules and powder material, including combination scale weigher, auger filler, liner scale weigher, piston filler, volumetric cup filler systems.
We recommend different bag-picking methods to suit various types of bags, including Flat Bags, Zipper Bags, Long Size Bags, and Flat/Soft/Big Bags.
The sealing part can be adjusted up and down, making it suitable for many types of bags.
Extremely Water Proof
The whole JR machine is waterproof by directly washing without EIectrica I shock. We follow the Korean extremely waterproof standard.
Zip Pouch Open & Close
With avantage of servo technology, JR series acheive 99% zip pouch open rate, can open zipper with High Rate, AIso For Hard open zipper.
In the design of zip open, we choose Panasonic servo motor rather than traditional cylinder. This could avoid the zip opening failure made by multiple machines sharing the same air source causing an unstable air pressure.
Spout Packaging
Equipped with horizontal bag sending device, it guarantees the accurate and stable when sending bags. This is suitable for pre-made bags with spout.
Normally the filling part uses piston filler, which is suitable for viscous liquid and free flowing liquid. It also has heating and mixer function.
When customer’s product is in big volume, a double work stations filling is the best choice, which guarantees the accuracy and speed at same time.
Vacuum For Pouch
Option For Vacuum of Bags or Extract Air Inside Bag And strong press pIate For shape Forming.
Capable to pack various kinds of products, like granules, frozen food, pickled food, hardware etc. Even solid material mixed with liquid.
Equipped with double vacuum pumps, can achieve to reach the vacuuming at 95-100%.
Compared to the traditional vacuuming by manual, it is higher in speed and saves time and labor.
Mono Layer PE Pouch
JR series is a solution for monolayer PE pouches, which is often a nightmare to other traditions.
Monolayer PE pouch normally is soft and light with a very thin thickness. Compared to other multi-layer pouches, monolayer PE pouch is not easy to tidied. And its great softness makes it hard to be moved in right position through each work station.
For example it wrinkles, during open bag action. This would influence the following process to be in good accuracy.
Our JR series has a great improvement in the stability of every moving action, which avoids the monolayer PE pouch wrinkles or incorrect position, to achieve a better accuracy in the following process.
We take the monolayer PE pouch in consideration when designing the air blow part.
Our heat bar is made of Teflon material. Due to its extremely low friction factor, Teflon is suitable for monolayer PE pouch.Also performs well to seal in good shape.
Nitrogen Flushing
The machine is equipped with a nitrogen filling device, so that the material can be filled with nitrogen before sealing to achieve the purpose of keeping fresh.
If your package need filling Nitogen, Option in first sealing station will installed this Nitrogen Flushing Device.

Horizontal Pouch Feeder
This horizontal sending idea solves the bag sending problem made by uneven or irregular bags, which also leads to the failure of filling and sealing in the process.
Using the balance structure theory and photocell eye, our horizontal bag dispensing device adjusts according to the bag quantity and thickness. The 1.5-meter conveyor belt design allows for the storage of more bags. This design is also suitable for long bags (over 450 mm).
Dust Removal Device
The machine is equipped with a dust removal device, which is used to clean the bag openings when handling powdery materials. This keeps the bags tidy and ensures a proper seal.

Auto Lubrication System
The packaging machine does not require manual lubrication. It features a central lubrication system that automatically performs regular oiling of the equipment.
Safety Functions：
The Siemens PLC is equipped with intelligent multiple alarm functions. Fault locations can be quickly identified through the display screen and alarm lights.
1) No pouch or incorrect pouch open; No filling and no sealing.
2) An alarm occurs when the sealing temperature deviates by more than 10℃ from the set
value.
3) The machine indicate caution until the temperature of the seal bar reaches the set
temperature.
4) The machine is warning and beeping when heater is short.
5) Only all door closed then run the machine.
6) Machine stops when main motor or inverter is abnormal.
7) Positive stop when gripper width exceeds.
8) Equipped with safety doors to ensure the safety of the operators.
