Project description:
– The customer wants to pack Couscous / Quinuas
The height of the packaging in the customer’s factory is limited. To match the customer’s Z-lift, we have lowered the height of the platform so that the machine can be placed in the customer’s factory.
– The customer has a weight of 2270g. To solve the problem of throwing the bag when the material falls into the bag and goes to the next station, we provide a guide rail for it, so that the bag will not be thrown out due to inertia during packaging.
– The machine is equipped with a nitrogen filling device so that the material can be filled with nitrogen before sealing to achieve the purpose of keeping fresh.
– The part of the Bottom pouch opener adopts a knob-type lifting and lowering, which is convenient for operation and saves debugging time.
– The machine is equipped with a round table, which is convenient for customers to pack finished bags.
