Protein Powder Pouch Packing Machine with Scoop Inserter

This solution is a fully automatic pre-made bag (rotary) packing system composed of multiple core units, specially designed for the efficient and precise packaging of powder products like protein powder. The entire production line integrates an automatic pre-made pouch packing machine, an auger filler, a screw elevator, a scoop inserter, and an in-line checkweigher, achieving full automation from feeding, metering, bag loading, filling, and sealing to quality inspection.

1. Pre-made Pouch Packing Machine: JR-series Rotary Packing Machine (e.g., JR-8S300 or similar models), this machine features:
   • Station Process: Supports 6-station or 8-station designs. The standard process includes: Pouch Loading (Picking) → Date Printing / Coding → Pouch Opening (with optional Auto Zipper Opening) → Material Filling → Heat Sealing → Cold Sealing and Output. Optional stations include dual sealing, nitrogen flushing, and air exhausting.
   • Key Technologies:
     • “No Bag, No Fill” Safety Mechanism: This machine features a self-diagnosis function: no filling and no sealing when it is detected that the bag is not open or not opened completely. This prevents material waste and machine damage.
     • Robust Zipper Pouch Handling: The machine boasts a customized zipper auto-open function to avoid bag breakage or deformation. It is specially designed for reliable pickup and operation of PE material or zipper pouches.
     • Sanitary & Easy to Maintain: Constructed with a full 304# stainless steel frame, conforming to GMP and HACCP standards. The new generation design is sanitary, easy to clean, and avoids trash accumulation.
   • Adaptability & Speed: Suitable for a wide variety of pre-made pouches (stand-up, doy-pack, zipper pouch, etc.). The maximum speed is up to 50 bags/min (depending on product properties and filling range).
2. Auger Filler & Screw Elevator: The system uses an Auger Filler with a servo motor for precise and variable dosing, ensuring high accuracy for powder materials. A Screw Elevator automatically lifts the powder from the floor level into the filler hopper.
3. Scoop Inserter: This optional unit automatically inserts a dosing scoop into the pouch before sealing, adding value and convenience for the end-user.
4. In-line Checkweigher: This unit provides online quality control.
   • Weight Feedback & Rejection: The checkweigher weighs each finished bag. If the weight deviates from the set target, an automatic rejection system removes the off-spec bag from the production line. This ensures that every final product meets the required weight standard.
