This machine adopts a series of complex transmission, simulating the manual action to complete the automatic carton loading, push carton, carton loading leaflet folding and sealing and other processes. The work flow of this machine is as follows:
The pneumatic system is composed of vacuum generator and oil-free vacuum pump with solenoid valve.
First, the material charging device will place the materials on the host conveying station, and the conveying mechanism is equipped with a detection photoelectric or material detection mechanism, so as to detect whether the product meets the production requirements. If it meets the production requirements, the production continues. If it does not comply with the requirements, the paper folding machine does not have a carton suction mechanism or removes (customized) the instructions placed on the paper folding machine through the waste cylinder. Under the combined action of compressed air and true air, the paper folding machine is inhaled and formed according to the requirements of the user. After the delivery of the rotating paper clip, it is sent to the paper walking chain and driven by the paper walking chain to move to the pushing station to wait for pushing. At the same time, suck out the cartons placed in the carton warehouse by the suction carton mechanism, assist the push materials mechanism to distract the cartons, place them on the chain to complete push materials, and move them to the pushing station through the walking carton chain to wait for bolus. When the sensor located on the front panel fails to detect that there is an instruction for use on the paper feed chain, the command will be transmitted to the PLC, and at a specific time, the pneumatic system control cylinder will eliminate the nonconforming product at the outlet.
When the paper carton is sucked out from the warehouse correctly and falls on the chain, the sensor at the lower end has no signal output; when the paper carton has fault (such as jamming) in the suction process, the pressure carton rod is turned upwards, the PLC sends the control signal, so that the host stops running and restarts after waiting for the troubleshooting. When the carton is correctly sucked down and put into the walking carton chain, the sensor located on the intermediate board detects a carton signal within the pending time. Then the longitudinal pushing mechanism pushes the materials and instructions into the carton. If the phenomenon of stagnation occurs during the process, the overload device located on the plunger rod will work. At this time, the sensor will send a signal, which will stop the operation of the host.
When the materials and leaflet are accurately pushed into the carton, the carton will continue to move forward driven by the carton chain. After the embossing device, the steel character is typed and entered into the carton sealing station. A scrap removal device is installed on the outlet conveyor belt, and all the scrap detected in the previous detection can be removed, so as to ensure that the cartons that are packaged are qualified.
