Project description:
– The Customer needs to pack 350g of non-dairy creamer powder in zipper doypack bag. We equip the client with auger filler and feeder, an industrial dust vacuum cleaner, a metal detector, and a check weigher.
– The dust vacuum cleaner has two hoses, one connects with the auger filler to prevent dust blowing, another connects with a sealing cleaner, the sealing cleaner rotates and blows away the powders left in the bag mouth, while the Industrial vacuum cleaner sucks and collects the blown dusts in its tank.
– At the exit, have metal detector equipment and a checker weight. The metal detector is to detect if there is any metal in the bag and the weight checker is to check the weight of the product, both devices use a common rejector. If it detects that it has metal such as iron, copper, steel, etc., it will be rejected. If the weight is over or less than the target weight, it will also be rejected.
