We use a double set of elevators to convey the packaging process, which perfectly solves the height problem of the factory. One elevator lifts the material inside the multi-head combination scale, and the other elevator lifts from the combination scale to the packaging machine to arrange the discharging-forming-sealing-packing.

- With inclined channel type structure to make the chips to be discharged in a short distance to avoid potato chips smashing and breaking in the process of falling.
- S-type elevator adopts an inclined angle for conveying and lifting to ensure that the chips are broken and damaged during transportation
- Separate circuit boxes for pneumatic control and power control. Noise is low, and the
circuit is more stable. - Film-pulling with 2sets servo motor double belt: less pulling resistance, bag is formed in good shape with better appearance, belt is resistant to be worn-out.
- Simpler and easier installation of packing film.
