Project description:
– The customer needs to package 400 g of wheat bran. We equip the client with a screw feeder and dispenser, a dust vacuum cleaner, a metal detector and a checkweigher.
– The dust vacuum cleaner has two hoses, one connects with the screw dispenser to prevent dust flying, another connects with a mouth cleaner, the mouth cleaner rotates and blows out the powders left in the bag mouth, then sucks dust blown by vacuum cleaner.
– The metal detector is to detect if there is any metal in the bag and the weight checker is to check the weight of the product if it is correct.
