Our three side sealed vertical packaging machine can fully automate film bag forming, material filling, and sealed output. It is suitable for three side sealed bags, sachets, stick packs, and pillow pouches. Our machine integrates automatic roll forming, precise three-side heat sealing, quantitative filling, and cutting into one compact vertical structure. It requires minimal floor space, optimising factory utilisation while meeting your high-speed, automated packaging requirements for liquids, powders, and granules in the food, pharmaceutical, or cosmetics industries.
– Premade Pouch Packaging Machine
This machine can handle various types of premade pouches, including 3 side seal pouches, stand-up pouches, zipper bags, pillow bags, and spout pouches. The automated process is highly efficient: loading the pouches and then the pouches are moved to the pouch magazine. Then the gripper device picks up the pouch, and the pouch is moved to the opening area be opened. Then the filling device would fill your products into the pouch. After filling, the pouch is moved to be sealed.
